The very first pot leaf beanie that I created for one of my best friends for her birthday had a rasta colored leaf against a white background. It got a lot of compliments and I decided to actually write the pattern down. I used stitchfiddle.com to design it; it was my first graph-type hat that I designed and I spent a lot of time adjusting the stitch counts until it looked good to me!
