This Winter Pixie Beanie is a perfect little touch of whimsy on a cold day! I wanted to create a fun, split brim beanie with pops of texture and color, and adorn it with pom-poms because FLUFFY and warm lol. The “pixie” in the beanie is the little curl at the tip!
I decided to break this pattern up in to two different patterns, so there is a two color and a three color version. The only difference really is when you change yarn colors. I might end up combining the two patterns into one, I just am unsure of how that would look formatting-wise? Let me know what you think!
You could braid some yarn and use that in place of the pom-poms, or you could skip that step entirely and leave the corners bare (like in my pink and yellow and purple hat pictured below).
You can find either of these patterns in a printable, downloadable PDF version in my store, or on Ravelry, or Ribblr!
